Ticketing Prix d'Amérique Legend Race

Are tickets nominative?

 

Tickets are issued in the purchaser’s name, but are not nominative. However, you may be asked to show proof of identity at the entrance to the Hippodrome (especially for under-18s).

 

What methods of payment are available?

 

The only payment method accepted is by credit card. You can also buy tickets on site. However, we strongly advise that you reserve them in advance on the official Amérique Races website: Prix d’Amérique Races Ticketing

 

How do I buy more tickets than the maximum allowance ?

 

If you wish to purchase more than 10 tickets, you can place several successive orders. For orders exceeding 50 tickets, please contact the team at prixamerique@letrot.com.

 

Does my child need a ticket?

Anyone over the age of 3 years entering the racecourse must have a ticket.

 

I’ve just bought my parking badge, why haven’t I received it yet ?

 

Following your purchase, you will have received your access (entry) to the racecourse by email. Your parking badge will be emailed to you in January (to be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle). 

 

What access areas are included with my ticket?

 

  • Parking: The parking badge gives access to the car park indicated on the ticket. Please note that this badge does not give you access to enter the racecourse or the trackside.

 

  • General enclosure ticket: access to the main hall, outside grandstands and trackside.

 

  • Covered grandstand: access to the main hall, outside grandstands, trackside and indoor grandstand (please note that the number of seats in the covered grandstands is limited. We recommend arriving early). 

 

  • Sulky Lounge: access to the main hall, outdoor grandstands, trackside and sulky lounge.

 

Do I need to print my tickets to enter the Hippodrome Paris-Vincennes?

 

We strongly recommend that you print your tickets for access to the Hippodrome Paris-Vincennes. We also ask that you keep your ticket in a dry, dark place, to ensure that the QR Code is legible and visible.

 

How can I obtain a refund?

 

According to our General Terms and Conditions*, no refunds will be authorized.

What should I do if I haven’t received my ticket by email?

 

If you haven’t received your ticket by email, please check your spam folder. To avoid our emails landing in your spam emails, here are a few tips:

  1. Add our email address to your contacts.
  2. Mark the email as “Not spam” if you find it in your spam folder.
  3. Create a filter or rule so that our emails arrive directly in your inbox.

I’m a professional, how do I get my tickets?

 

The professional card does not give access to the Hippodrome Paris-Vincennes or to the carpark during the Prix d’Amérique. In early January, you will receive a link to a registration form to request your tickets.
