The arrival of the Grand Prix de Bretagne 2018 has offered the public a great fight, Sunday the 18th of November at Vincennes Hippodrome de Paris. Despite an uneconomical course, Davidson du Pont was the strongest in the struggle to win.

There was a lot of talk about champion Bold Eagle, double winner of the Grand Prix d’Amérique, before the event. The 7-year-old took only the fourth place, he could not produce the devastating acceleration that he has the secret. Davidson du Pont and Jean-Michel Bazire were the winners of the first qualifying race at the Grand Prix d’Amérique 2019. The 5-year-old will have legitimate ambitions in the World Championship on Sunday the 27th of January 2019. Franck Ouvrie will drive in the race at the top. JMB will sit behind Belina Josselyn, unlucky Sunday.

Long locked, Delia du Pommereux, another cadet, found the opening too late but nevertheless obtained a superb second place ahead of Bird Barker, very brave. All three get their direct qualification for the 2019 Grand Prix d’Amérique. We will meet all these cracks Sunday the 9th of December in the Grand Prix du Bourbonnais.
