The 2018 Grand Prix de Bourgogne, the fifth qualifying race at the Grand Prix of America, will be held Sunday, December 30 at Vincennes Hippodrome de Paris. The first two of the 2018 American Grand Prix, Readly Express and Bold Eagle will be at the start, the winners of the last three Grand Prix of America.
More reviewed on our soil since his victory in the 2018 Grand Prix d’Amérique, Readly Express is back in France in the Grand Prix de Bourgogne. Sunday, December 30 at Vincennes. His year in Scandinavia has been a time of ups and downs since, after a successful comeback, the loan of Ready Cash recorded several defeats (relative), three in total, two against Propulsion (winner of the 2017 Grand Prix de Bourgogne but absent this year), before returning to the path of success last October. Since then, his coach Timo Nurmos has preferred to preserve and prepare in his own way for his major goal: keep his crown in the Grand Prix d’Amérique. To advance in this direction, he has chosen for his champion the Grand Prix de Bourgogne, the most revealing race of the winter for the last Sunday of January from a statistical point of view. Readly Express will legitimately be the attraction of the race.
In front of him a well-known French coalition composed of top-trotters like Bold Eagle, Briac Dark, Billie de Montfort, Belina Josselyn and Bird Parker who had finished in this order last year at the arrival of this same Grand Prix de Bourgogne (respectively 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, NP). After an attempt in the Grand Prix du Bourbonnais with no iron at all, Bold Eagle finds Sunday its usual configuration, namely without iron half only.
The promotion of the 5 years, very prominent since the launch of the qualifying races for the 2019 Grand Prix d’Amérique with Davidson du Pont and Delia du Pommereux, will this time be represented by Dijon (European Championship 5 years) and the great traveler Dreammoko .
The first 3 of the Grand Prix de Bourgogne will benefit from a participation priority in the Grand Prix d’Amérique of this meeting.
