Can not dream of America’s Opodo Final EpiqE Series that wants! Participation in the event is subject to strict conditions, which guarantees the excellence of the stage each year. In order to bring more transparency to the protocol, the qualification requirements for America have been modified for the 2017 edition. The points system, previously in force, has been given up. A simple rule replaces it: the first three of each preparatory tournament, the famous “4B”, systematically get their qualification. Collateral effect of this new measure: the minimum level of gains over the previous 12 months will increase to € 16,800 instead of the € 31,000 previously required. Another novelty: the 25 meters disavantage  was suppressed for the Prix du Bourbonnais and Belgium. This implies that all the protagonists of the 4Bs will start at the same post.
On the other hand, no change for the winners of the Continental Critérium and the Prix Ténor de Baune: they are automatically qualified for the Prix d’Amérique Opodo Finale EpiqE Series.
