Power is one of the entries for Prix d’Amérique Races ZEturf QUALIF # 3 Critérium Continental, scheduled for Sunday December 27 at the Paris-Vincennes Hippodrome. This Swedish champion, trained and led by Robert Bergh, will ensure, with a few other protagonists, the international side of this fantastic Group I. He has only raced once in France, on October 16 in the Temple of Trotting, and had hit hard. Power had won the important U.E.T. Grand Prix, a Group I coveted by the best 4-year-olds. If we add another Group I won at home, his business card has something to impress.
Robert Bergh is much more experienced in the hexagonal events. The UET Grand Prix is his greatest trophy gleaned from our soil as a driver. He also had success as a trainer in the Prix de France-Speed Race, in 2003 thanks to Hilda Zonett. In total, he triumphed in France 263 times as a tune-up and 34 times with the pilot’s cap. He hopes to increase these numbers with Power.
