There’s like a little smell of Sweden and Italy on Paris-Vincennes’ racecourse this Sunday. At the occasion of the Prix d’Amérique Races ZEturf Qualif #3 – Critérium Continental (elim’ 3) and Qualif #4 – Prix Tenor de Baune (elim’ 4), several trotters trained outside of France are expecting to qualify for the Prix d’Amérique – Legend Race.
There’s an Italian taskforce in Qualif #3 – Critérium Continental. The first three of the Italian Derby 2020 are announced on the grid. Winner of this event, Bleff Dipa will be closely watched, as will be Blackflash Bar, a regular mare in her performances, and Bepi Bi, dependent on the great training of Alessandro Gocciadoro. The latter will be doubly represented, with Bengurion Jet, seen several times in France.
In Qualif #4 – Prix Tenor de Baune, Sweden is pinning all its hopes on Power. After taking part in the 2020 Prix d’Amérique – Legend Race, the trotter trained by Robert Bergh will need to ramp-up as the opposition seems fierce.
The participants of each of these two races will be known on Thursday 23 December around 1 p.m., French time.
