The final list of the protagonists of the Prix d’Amérique Races ZEturf Qualif # 2 – Prix du Bourbonnais is gradually becoming clearer. 18 grandiose names appear this Wednesday, December 8. The participations of 12 trotters have already been confirmed: Face Time Bourbon, Davidson du Pont, Delia du Pommereux, Zacon Gio, Carat Williams, Etonnant, Etoile de Bruyère, Gu d’Héripré, Détroit Castelets, Violetto Jet, Frisbee d ‘Am and Rebella Matters. All have an assigned driver. According to recent statements from their mentors, Fakir du Lorault and Diable de Vauvert should also take part.
Jean-Michel Bazire will field three residents, as in Qualif # 1 – Prix de Bretagne three weeks ago. He will be on the sulky of Zacon Gio and Christophe Martens will once again lead Rebella Matters. Ganay de Banville, qualified for the Finals thanks to his third place in Qualif # 1, will be absent. Davidson du Pont (our photo) will replace him, driven by Nicolas Bazire, Jean-Michel’s son. The 8-year-old champion will return to competition after a three-month absence. Recall that he was the runner-up to Face Time Bourbon in the last Prix d’Amerique Legend Race.
