After triumphing on Sunday in the Critérium Continental, Tumble Dust, who was born in Denmark and is trained in Sweden, has also won his entrance ticket to the Prix d’Amérique Opodo 2015. This was his first attempt on the Vincennes track and he gave a great performance, snatching the victory from under the nose of the French contestant Amiral Sacha, who also performed to a very high level. Indeed, the average time in this race was the second best in the entire history of the race.

This race was a pure Scandinavian success story as the winner’s driver is the Swedish Bjorn Goop. He divides his time between his native land and France and is also the driver of another Grand Prix d’Amérique contestant, Timoko. However, as soon as he was back in the winner’s circle, Goop didn’t hesitate to confirm that ‘On the big day, I’ll be on Timoko’s sulky.’ We will be catching up with Timoko on Sunday at the Prix de Bourgogne which already promises to be a highly-charged event. Among others, Timoko will be going head to head with the American Mavenais, Tiengo d’Etang and his main challenger Ready Cash.
