For the French racegoers, he will eternally remain as Timoko\u2019s driver with whom he collected 2 Elitloppet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Just like Jean-Michel Bazire, the 19 &#8220;Sulky d&#8217;Or&#8221; man in France, Bj\u00f6rn Goop is one of the finest driver in the Scandinavian Trotting. Three times a winner of the Elitlopp (similar to the French Grand Prix d&#8217;Amerique in Sweden), Bj\u00f6rn Goop owes his passion to his father, the legendary Olle Goop, who also once was a Top trainer and driver. 12 times &#8220;Casque d&#8217;or&#8221; winner (similar to French Sulky d&#8217;Or) Bj\u00f6rn Goop, who is a trainer too, is very famous in his country and everywhere around (almost 19.000 followers on his Twitter account). In France, he is becoming more and more famous since his wins with <strong>Timoko<\/strong> and his ability to express himself in very decent French.<\/p>\n<p>Born in G\u00f6teborg on October 13th 1976, Bj\u00f6rn Goop (so called in tribute to the famous tennisplayer Bj\u00f6rn Borg) wins his first races driving a poney named <strong>Hazard<\/strong>. \u00ab We used to live nearby the \u00c5by racetrack, and my father was the best of my teachers \u00bb. Eventually, Bj\u00f6rn also drives full-scale trotter along with his dad in \u00c5by. &#8220;I won my first race as an amateur on January 10th 1994 at Axevalla with Scotch Ville. Thanks to Jori Turja,<strong> Varenne<\/strong>&#8216;s trainer, who told my father he thought I was ready. \u00bb Then Bj\u00f6rn gave up his economy studies at the age of 18 with the consent of his father. Olle Goop will never regret this decision. At the age of 21, his son has already won 3 Group I with  \u00ab Stall Goop \u00bb trotters. 3 years later, Bj\u00f6rn becomes offcially a professional and continues to harvest success reaching 3000 victories in 2008. Crowned \u00ab Casque d\u2019Or \u00bb (similar to French Sulky d&#8217;Or) between 2004 to 2015 continuously, Bj\u00f6rn won his 6000th victory at Axevalla on December 15th 2015, at the age of 39. He exports his competence throughout Europe, winning at the highest level in Norway, Italy, Danemark, Finland and France. However a major trophy remains out of his reach : the Grand Prix d\u2019Am\u00e9rique. \u00ab It is my biggest goal \u00bb, he admits.
